This is a reply to # 11,093Can somebody tell me how many calories there are in 1 tablespoon flaxseed?
I try to follow Weightwatchers on my own and I they tell you that 1 tsp is 1 point, that sounds alot to me, I like to take at least 2 tablespoons of flaxseed everyday.(But I don't want to take 6 points only for flaxseed)
I grind it in the coffeee grinder.

MoreThis is a reply to # 11,1103 tbsp. Flax seeds = cal(140) , prot.(5gms) , carb.(11gms) , fat (10gms) , fiber (6gms).
