I'm wondering about the veracity of this or if it's just a selling point.
my last colon hydrotherapist told me that she does a round of 11
colonics over twelve days once per year and that it really helps retrain the colon, and gets out a lot of gunk as well as aiding in weight loss. Obviously one would have to watch one's electrolytes and salts, but other than that-- is this really as helpful as she says it is?
