I got Colonix for my
parasite cleanse, but I didn't take their tea or fiber. Instead I got
Oxypowder for the colon cleanse. I stopped taking colonix after 30 days, because, quite frankly I forgot to order more, duh. I do plan to start it up again. It's a pretty gentle
parasite cleanse, and you won't see anything for a long while, if you ever see anything at all. But then again you don't need to LOOK, but you want to look, don't you? LOL
Oxypowder is amazingly gentle, and is non-habit forming. You can take it every day with no problems. A ton of people on this site use it.
I would do a good week of the beginning doses of
Oxypowder (I think it's 4 a night), and then go on a maintenance for a week, and then do a liver cleanse.
Don't be afraid of the liver flush. You go on that forum and you'd think people are dying. It's not that bad, really. My acid went away the week after I did my first liver flush. But you need to not eat from 2 p.m. the night of the flush, and then keep the next day free, because you don't know when you will have to stop going to the loo. The weird thing is, you don't have any stomach cramps, like when you normally are going like that. At least the majority of people don't. Some get a bit nauseous because of the taste of either the
Epsom Salts or the Oil. Neither my husband, nor I, have had any nausea or pain, or anything else. Check out the
Hulda Clark Liver Flush, and don't worry about the
parasite cleanse stuff. Just look at the
Epsom Salts and
Olive-Oil and Grapefruit Juice, and do that very basic flush. But the timing is vitally important (doseages at the right time) and quantities. You can start to play around with it after your first one, though I would add ginger to your olive oil mixture and keep some ginger on your bedside table.
Liver Flushes have been know to really kick up the acid, so beware of that. But if you are brave enough, you'll feel great the next morning.
One more thing....we stopped drinking caffeine. That was hard for a few days! We have also cut out red meat, and have drastically cut down on dairy. Dairy is a killer. I used to get really bad heartburn every time I ate yogurt. The weird thing is, I had some yogurt the other day, and no heartburn at all!?
I can't believe the difference it has made for me and my husband. We have no stomach issues at all anymore. And quite frankly, my husband suffered from really bad breath for a long while, and that is totally gone too now.
Well, enough of this off topic lecture...don't stop swishing, I think we've got something here.
Peace Molly
