Go shopping and buy yourself some nice clothes. Punishing yourself is only perpetuating a low self-esteem. Log everything you eat, or at least make a spur of the moment comprehensive list. Then decide to cut a couple small things out. Like if you drink 3 sodas per day, cut one or two out and exchange them with water. If you eat something that is a naughty snack, cut half of it out or all of it out if you snack a lot. Slowly make changes in your diet. Discover new low cal meals you can eat that taste good. Go check out your local health food store and see what they have that'll make finding new foods easy. Don't go balls out or on a fad diet. They don't work long term. 6 months of being skinny on a fad diet seems nice, but you want to lose the weight for a lifetime.
Also, many people have a problem with emotional eating and don't even know it. The next time you find yourself going to grab a bite, think about how you feel. Maybe even write it down. If you're eating because you're upset, depressed, bored, to celebrate, or feel like munching while watching tv, don't eat. Go grab a bottle of water instead. Most false cravings last 3 minutes. Ride it out.
Spend time playing with your beautiful kids. You will get a great workout and it will be quality time for you and your children. Plus they learn from your example and being active with them is a great example to set. It's easy. Go out and play frisbee or fly a kite with them. Or just wrestle with them on the living room floor for 10 minutes.
Clean out your colon. You can find some good home
colonic systems out there for cheap...don't do a enema because that doesn't clean out the colon. Most people have
pounds of buildup clinging to their colon, preventing them from getting proper nourishment and causing their body to take more food into the body in a futile attempt to compensate. Once your colon is clean, your digestion will improve, you will have more energy, look younger, and will lose weight.
