Hello everyone. I do see some familiar names on this thread. Its been a while since I hung out here. I trust all is well?

I’m Liver Flushing tonight. This will be my 10th Liver Flush in 12 months. My last flush was about 6-7 months ago when I saw a couple of whoppers in the pan. Golf ball size. I wonder what I will get this time?

In preparation this time I have done 2 x parasite cleanses and 2 x kidney cleanses and 1 x bowel cleanse.

Diet is tip top.

Been on malic acid all week.

Today I have been on liquids only. Juicer was hard at work this morning.

I forgot how nasty Epsom Salts taste!
