What Valerie_cct has revealed is correct, but not complete. The colon uses mucous to aid the passage of waste, and protect itself. Passing any noteworthy amount of mucous is a sign of colon stress, or damage; Not mechanical damage, but toxin damage, and perhaps scar tissue forming. Too much mucous is also a sign of a bad diet, too little exercise, immoral or amoral conduct, bad bacterial balance, taking
Antibiotics , and inflammation of the colon.
Perhaps you caught this condition quickly, in which case
water enemas may solve the problem, but if you have gained noticeable weight in the abdominal area, without a corresponding increase in fat mass (i.e. Your stomach muscle in just below, or perhaps 1
inch below the skin over your abdomen), you may gain some temporarily relief with enemas, but the problem will still be there.
Enemas do not get rid of
parasites very well, but they do get rid of the good bacteria, that you want in the colon, so bad bacteria can take over, so you have to do more enemas, so more bad bacteria grows.
I don't feel comfortable mentioning specific products I've already mentioned in another thread, but I can tell you, if you are doing enemas, you need to take bacteria supplements to keep the enemas from making the problem worse.
