Multi-Zyme 6/day
Magnesium Oxide tablets 500-700 mg/day
Liquid Greens (has kelp, spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass) should I avoid wheat grass if avoiding wheat?
Probiotics (whole foods brand, had acidopholus & bifidus & says 'milk-free') 2-4/day
Vitamin E 1/day
Essential Enzymes (digestive enzymes) with some meals, but should take with every meal
I recently quit BC pills I was on forever so I hope that has a positive effect on the candida situation.
I stopped potassium &
Iodine recently but think the
Iodine may be important.
Also, I try to eat a fiber bar daily that has high fiber & is gluten free, etc. I have fiber supplements but you have to take so many big pills for such small amounts, like 1 gram = 4 big pills.
I have to experiment more with the fiber. I do not take psyllium, does not agree with me at all.
I am adding Goldenseal today.
Thinking of trying the oregano oil.
I know there is more I could be doing.
