You should drink it throughout the day and do the most when you are home. I can't remember what I did, it is now 5 years ago, but I switched to water with apple cider vinegar (from the healthfood store). I can look up the amount, but I have to leave the house now.
If you don't get any answers in the meantime I will get back to you. For sure so much apple juice might give anybody a belly ache.
