Just to make some sense of the info I'm providing,
Hulda Clark developed what she later coined the "zapper" many years after Rife is credited with discovering the MOR effect and the subsequent wide range of MORs for the numerous pathogens he (Rife) researched and discovered how to kill / disable. Clark eventually settled on a frequency around 30,000 cps AKA 30KHz that she claims produced it's effects (similar to Rife's ) mostly as a result of harmonic frequencies. In piecing together some of the info that's out there on Rife, there is suggestion that some of the benefits of his original equipment (Beam Tube) were possibly the result of harmonics, but as I understand it, his main intention was individually killing specific pathogens by applying individual and specific fundamental (variable) frequencies that were each coupled to a fixed Carrier Frequency with both (fixed & variable) being in the Megahertz IE> RF range.
The info out there on the web claiming to be remnants of Rife's research as it pertains to the frequencies he developed (many and varied) are, in my opinion, somewhat shrouded in mystery and perhaps some mis-info/corruption as well. To what degeree? I do not know. The supposed notes of Rife from his earliest work (1920s) using his own home-made frequency device (the "Beam Tube" machine) indicate that the various frequencies he used were in the Megaherz range; furthermore these notes indicate that the output at the Beam Tube was a composite derived from a fixed Carrier Frequency (of Megahertz) plus a variable frequency also in the Megahertz range, with the particular variation (many) related to the particular pathogen / bug /
parasite / virus / etc being treated.
Over the time of the next few years (late 20s and into the 30s), various other people came to be closely involved with Rife's efforts in one way and another (assistants, technical people, doctors, and marketing/entrepeneur types). Together they all seemed to be working to 1) continue further testing and development of this methodology and 2) continue to build/manufacture various tweaks/versions of frequency equipment to implement improvements based upon this additional R&D. It was around this period that several doctors are said to have purchased and begun using versions of Rife's equipment in treating their client base. Somewhere around this period the first human trial at a California university was conducted wherein Rife was 16 for 16 in successfully treating previously terminal cancer patients.
Chief among the confusing factors available for people like us to come along many years after the fact in hopes of recreating the same dramatic results as Rife is, in my mind, the "Hoyland Factor". Hoyland was one of the techincal people to become involved with Rife during the 30s, is the fellow who apparently was among those used/compromised/planted by the FDA in their attempts to infiltrate and eventually ruin Rife and his findings, and according to an alleged copy of a court transcript that resulted from the first round of legally harrassing Rife, Hoyland is the one who supposedly tested/measured the specific frequencies off of Rife's equipment. For various reasons, I find it difficult to believe that Rife was genius enough to have developed and built the Universal Microscope pretty much on his own, was further genius enough to have discovered each of the numerous individual MOR frequencies, but was somehow not genius enough to know what each of these exact frequencies were (the fundamental) that the equipment he himself built by hand were generating. The court transcript suggests Rife didn't know for sure what the exact fundamental frequencies were, but Hoyland did as a result of using an oscillator to measure them. . The Hoyland factor also seems to be the source of how/when the notion of audio frequencies are said to have been involved in the successes of people recovering from various terminal illnesses..... I'm skeptical.
There are various "Rife Frequency Lists" out there, lists of frequencies, some of them alleged to be the actual hand-written lab notes of Rife for the wide range of MORs (many) that Rife discovered over many (30 to 40) years of intensive research and labor. There is also a decent amount of uncertainty out there as to whether or not these lists are genuine and legit or perhaps altered/corrupted. Barry Lymes wrote one or more books on Rife wherein he apparently has disclosed some of Rife's original frequency "notes". I have not read this book, would like to at some time, but cannot vouch for it's authenticity. Maybe it does contain/reveal some of Rife's magic. In somewhat more recent years there was also the Bare factor, Bare supposedly having helped to rouse Rife out of his initial phase of reclusiveness (after the first round of terrorizing/hassling by the FDA), after which he is said to have worked closely with Rife in developing better (smaller, more advanced and more effective) frequency devices.
Long story short, if there is conclusive information available pertaining to the wide spectrum of MOR frequencies Rife discovered, and more to the point - what are they, exactly?, I include myself among those who would really like know for sure what they are. Meantime, I hope that you can find some help in this that will help guide you. Good luck!
PS - as to your NoRiftRife software, if it provides you a frequency setting box, then I imagine typing in a number, such as 30000, will produce a 30Khz output. Can you tell us how many digits this box permits to be entered into it?
PSS - since inventing her original Zapper, Clark has subsequently developed newer devices that offer a much wider selection of frequencies, such as a range of "smart keys", in conjuction with "wobble" effect as well as "zappicator" effect. IE> lots of different frequencies now promoted by Clark......which she unfortunately will not publicly reveal due to "legal considerations", but will reveal to you in confidence, by email, upon you signing a "confidence disclosure" agreement.
