okay,today I had a brief altercation with one of my co-workers,she is 32-33 and 6 months pregnant..it was a little argument but nothing to spectacular.But that's only half the story,I didn't mind that actually being that I can respect a person that will deal with conflict and confrontation rather then shield their feelings or hide from it.

Anyways,during the after math I hear her speaking to the other co-workers and was talking all of this smack and obviously ignoring my presence.This one other lady,she is like 37-39 or maybe older..she seems a little older,like maybe early 40s.Anyways,I have always helped her with her work,answered her questions,helped out many times and often talked to her when she was being shunned by everyone else.I could kinda sense she was a brown noser and approval seeker but I didn't care..I just accepted her just as.

Well amongst the bickering I looked back at her and noticed her giggling and smiling along the ruckus as if she enjoyed the ridicule that was being talked behind my back (or to my face actually) ..she was GLEAMING,looked as if she enjoyed it.

The funny thing is,she has expressed her resentment towards the other workers many times as well as getting in her own arguments herself which I also have backed HER side up and gave her morale support.

and what did she do next that totally disgusted me??
when it was all said and done she had the audacity to come up to me and be all like
'yeah,I don't like her attitude either' and made this face of ,yeah,I don't like them either,and I am 'yeah right'..that's why she was all laughing and smiling with everyone else right?

I have noticed that she really is a leech..prior to her saying that to me,she asked the one lady I was having problems with about some work issues on her computer and she was all brown nosing and whatever..I was -eww- I spotted her motives.
I can obviously see the true opportunist that she is,she latches on to the superiors,managers,the higher ups and then just kisses everyone elses ass.

I also hate how she just lacks overall initiative.I have had to do so much for her that she just has no interest or just lacked any common knowledge to do on her own.
She refuses to ask certain people questions because she believes 'they don't like her',she is clueless in how to operate and navigate the work online site to access her accounts and software,she plays dumb when it's time to do her work,she complains and complains and complains and makes herself out to be a victim.I have given her advice on improving certain things and just helped out overall because I believed
she showed promise in being an excellent employee..but after all this and she has
done nothing in return but whine and bring food in to work just to gain everyones acceptance and approval? she is 'nice' but in a slimey way I can see now..almost smothering.

And she just does not confront issues at all.She just sits and mopes.I have tried to get her to initiate discussions about certain issues she has problems with but she wants ME to bring it up or ask what she wants to ask..I am like..dude,do it yourself!! lol.

I don't know,I am through helping her out..she sits right next to me so it's kinda hart to just ignore her but I will gladly do so from now on,I am sure she can grasp her tentacles onto someone else.

I can respect the other ladies upfront and direct confrontation and at least saying something to me and taking care of the issue.I can respect that,because that's what you do with conflict..you talk about it,discuss it and just get to the heart of the matter.
The big brown noser though..I just find what she did horribly two faced and just disgusting overall. She can find a new friend or helper to talk to,I really don't
give a shit! gawd she is such a brown nosing leech,I can't believe I thought she
was this kind and nice person lol..she can stick her keyboard up her fat ass for all I care!
