Happy New Year!
Well, i'm keeping my resolution goals small and doable.
1. Continue with my daily regimine of essiac, fresh extracted juices, coconut oil, iodine and lots of good H20.
2. Daily exercise,
3. Taking classes and reading to improve my mind and mission.
4. Helping others though the Clearinghouse for Biotoxin Research and Protocol Development, a foundation i started earlier this year when i healed from a chronic and potentially fatal neurotoxic illness.

tee hee. it's not that big a deal, really, but thanks for your interest, Wombat.
I came down with the most God awful symptoms after living in an apartment for 15 months. It turned out the place was a haven for toxic mold. There was a big legal hassel, and i am paying thousands of dollars in medical bills, but I am alive! It was during all this turmoil, i stepped up my research and began looking into other people's health problems as well, (my father, for one.) The local medical community didn't help me much, but there are more and more medical doctors around the U.S. and the world, dealing with the issues one has when fungal contamination levels in the body, reach the pivotal point. The initial test being VCS, (visual contrast sensitivity.) This is a 5 minute eye exam which shows if one has been exposed to certain mycotoxins and and has a level which is too high, in the body. It is my dream, to have this be a basic part of every physical exam done by medical doctors, or at least to have the test available everywhere, for those that request it. In this way, folks can get to the bottom of what's making them ill, and be allowed to move house or investigate incidents of sick building syndrome. It is such a simple solution, and could alleviate much angst and suffering.
Personally, I am on the aggressive dose of essiac tea, among other protocols, but the very best thing I did for myself was to move out of that apt. Some buildings are sick, and sensitive people should be informed. I have much info. and links if anyone is interested, send me a message.

1) Continue on becoming the Best Me I can be.
2) Non Judgment...I have told friends (not all of them yet) to help me with this. The ones that send emails, with things to 'judge and condescend' to not send. Also, to 'check me' IF I do not catch myself in judging WHATEVER. Also, being at the post office, it may be somewhat of a challenge, except I will succeed.
3) To fine tune my reflexology business to the level where it will go.

Okay, qualifying 'judgment', I think it will be as to description of a person(s), or deciding what someone/something is about based on appearances, first impressions (although I am becoming better at realizing my first impressions are closer to accurate than they had been), and such. Judging where One becomes superior in doing so. Hmmm, not sure what else?

This is a reply to # 1,074,473no, I don't think that you're too judgemental, I think that it's good to question. Especially when upon reading something just doesn't ring true! and, "true", true to YOU. Does that make sense?
I find that my intuition is usually right on, and it's when I try to second-guess my intuition that I'm sorry later.
Appearances, yeah, we all do that, huh? Looking into the eyes is critical, unless my intuition says "stay away"....

As of recent, my intuition is very on...if I 'listen'. I agree when I try to second guess it, it usually leads to some type of regret or something along that line.
OH and I have a 'resolution' I will be doing on Wednesday...CLEANING!...once and for all, the major overall thing!...LOL Ahhh well, long overdue!

I want to be at peace. Truly.
I want to not sweat the small stuff anymore. To not worry about the future. To be happy in the moment.
I got there very recently, and lately it seems I'm rushing towards stress again. I have no idea why? My house is not on fire. My family is healthy. My job is good.
This damn stress is hard to shake.
I want to do yoga. I want to meditate. I want to center myself. I need to be out in nature MUCH more.
I'm sorry, I'm being very selfish. I want world PEACE MOST OF ALL. (Perhaps a big source of my stress?)
Perhaps if I find peace, this damn pain will finally go away, for good!!
