It is very difficult to describe. It's a body therapy. Moshe Feldenkrais's general premise was that in line with the general recognition that we only use 10 percent of the capacity of our brain, we also only use 10 percent of the capacity of our body. The "technique" is a collection of body movements that is designed to tap the unused capacity of the body.
Beyond that, I think it needs to be experienced.
