Dr. D'Adamo suggests yoga and tai chi over vigorous exercise for Type A. Type O strive on it. I'm not "up on" Type B and AB, but could look it up for you if you need me to.
I've never felt great after vigorous exercise. This is not to say I don't like exercise, I just have never preferred the real heavy duty stuff. I can't relate it to my weight either. Thin and fit or morbidly obese or any place in between, I personally, have never enjoyed it. I prefered swimming laps to running.
Now I know there's a reason for it.
