my mom had some of her digits amputated because of this syndrome. she is gone, but i have learned much since her passing.
i too had raynauds in my fingers and toes. i also ran a very low temp and had extreme intolerence to heat and cold, especially cold. what i found, of course,a cold body temp, a lack of circulation, and low oxygen. my symptoms went away when i supplemented oxygen and got my circulation going with magnets as worn by alex chiu. both of these modalities are discussed in their respective forums here at curezone.
i believe they have stayed away because i worked on supporting my thyroid and liver, stayed away from fluoride completely and most animal fats/fried foods, supplemented good oils like olive and coconut oil, ate all organic, fresh and raw as possible, and backed off of the stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine. i believe other things come into play as well, in particular electronic polution and metals in the air.
