Dear Friend,
One thing you could try is Himalayan crystal salt baths. You'll find them described here...

You could also change your screen name. I believe we attract more of what we say/think...even from individual words we say/think in fun. In fact, I think it is very powerful therapy to write your most important uplifting words very very small, and in hidden places. 'Appreciation', particularly of oneself, is one of my favorites.
A Humaworm
parasite cleanse, with perhaps a round of HumaCleanse, and, most especially, Hu-Mana-Tea, may do you surprisingly great good.
It will take you a while to get your mind around it, so begin your reading now, at
http://www.humaworm.com and at the Ask Humaworm forum, here on CureZone. I suggest that you read the whole forum from Page One. You might want to read in the
parasite Support forum, too.
You'll want to change your diet, and perhaps elements in your environment, as well. Making your changes one at a time, allows you to see the value of each. "Softly, softly, catchee monkey."
I believe that your body has discovered routes of detoxing substances it doesn't want, out through your feet, and through any other part of your skin it is currently using...in addition to the more usual routes.
I will insert a URL in here for a site I found yesterday that seems to give good info about food. I began with cabbage, but, at the bottom of that page you can click on 'More' and return to some 130 other foods you might want to know about.

Bowel movements are very important to well-being...as you, no doubt, have guessed. There is lots of discussion about them on CureZone. I have found that tiny sips of castor oil, say, 1/2 tsp., one, two, or three times per day...for only a few days in a row, help me. If you use this method, please try only one sip on one day. Then wait a day to be sure it agrees with you. Then increase the number of sips per day, up to three, slowly...with days of pauses in between...then go without for several weeks (?), just in case.
Other things you'll want to consider are...
...Rhythmic motion, and frequent breaks from sitting. Cleaning and tidying your family's storage areas will endear you to everyone forever. Run outdoors every once in a while...even if it is only once around the outside of the house. Your marvelous body will appreciate the move so much!
Find the Alexander Technique for posture. It takes a long time to retrain your muscles, with a qualified instructor, but you won't believe how it improves your appearance and your health. One friend did this, and she stands out in any crowd! And she is pushing 70!
...Sunshine on your skin, for a few moments every day. I once saw a picture of Russian folk, gathered around the base of a monument. They all opened their greatcoats to the winter sun, revealing summer shorts and tops...and they basked until the cold sent them scurrying on their way.
...Exhale fully and gently on the exertion of a move. The following full inhale sends great amounts of oxygen directly to the muscles just flexed. That's an old old yoga trick.
...Find and drink more clean water, warm or room temperature...and preferably NOT in plastic. Before meals is best. And 'bless' it, just in case. 'Bless' your food, too...and yourself, everyone...just in case.
...Sleep more and more when it is dark. Too much of our socializing time is lit with electricity. Creep to bed earlier and earlier every evening, and enfold yourself...physically smiling your excess thinking energy down to the region of your navel. This brings healing rest, according to your inner rhythms.
...Oil-pulling with organic, never heated or toasted, cold-pressed sesame seed oil has helped me, on the few occasions I've tried it. There is a whole forum on the subject here on CureZone.
And, if you keep a scribbler, in two columns, you may find your learning journey easier. One column for the things you add to your routine, and the other for things you subtract. Then keep lists on the last page of the scribbler for things you MIGHT try. File any papers on well-being that you collect...they can make huge piles all around you...and you'll never be able to find anything!
How fortunate it is that you are starting now, when your whole system is young and at its peak...particularly your immune systems. You'll find that every part of you is integrated with every other, and improvements become simpler and simpler. You'll see.
My very best,
Fledgling
