Hiya ekraka,
Wow, you are doing well! After Day 15, you should experience less toxin symptoms but more mysterious aches and pains, as you said.
About your specific back ache: It could be kidney-related, if it's in the area between the top of the hip and the bottom of the rib cage. If it's above this area, it could be a "sympathetic" pain originating from the liver, particularly if it's accompanied by a stiff back and neck.
I had gallbladder disease in my early 20s, caused by gallbladder and hepatic stones, and every one of the gallbladder attacks started with a sharp, persistent pain in my back. My doctors (I got a 2nd opinion) described it as sympathetic pain, a pain in one part of the body which is caused by a problem in another part of the body.
Lemon tends to clean the kidneys and liver. Lemon also activates the gallbladder, making it contract. If you have stones in one area, you likely have stones in the other area as well, as both organs filter toxins from the blood. The stones in each organ are quite different in chemical composition and shape.
kidney stones are star-shaped, and
liver stones are often round or football-shaped. Both can be removed, and to some extent, this might be happening already, although the high level of toxins in your blood (freed up from their homes in fat tissue and other tissues) seems to make new stones form. Of course, if you intend to eliminate stones from both organs, you should wait until the
Master-Cleanse is finished.
To clean stones from the kidneys (a variety of methods):
1. In the morning, drink a glass of warm water to activate the kidneys. Follow up a few minutes later with a glass of warm water with half a lemon squeezed into it, and sweetened with honey (or your choice of sweetener, but not artificial sweeteners). Do this every morning for at least 2 weeks.
2. Banaba tea. I love this stuff, and it's fast and highly effective. For 6 days, drink at least 6 cups of banaba tea a day. If you're diabetic, keep an eye on your
Sugar levels while drinking such a high volume of banaba tea. For the rest of a month, drink at least 1 cup a day, to continue cleansing. On day 3, you might see what looks like wet
Sugar crystals in the toilet water, especially if you can use a disposable screen to catch them. The crystals are
kidney stones broken apart into units small enough to be excreted easily and painlessly during urination. You will feel a dramatic decrease in lower back pain with the first cup (lasts for about an hour or two) but the pain comes back. The more cups of banaba tea you drink, the longer these pain-free periods last, until during Day 3 the pain only returns briefly (which you can stop with a cup of tea). Continuing this for 3 more days makes sure that the kidneys are thoroughly cleaned of stones. Banaba tea also helps the immune system clear out infection in the kidneys, bladder and urethra, which can be a source of pain. For diabetics and anyone else wishing to reduce blood
Sugar spikes, banaba tea acts as a vegetable source of an insulin-like substance. If you change nothing about your diet and exercise, you tend to lose about 1 - 2 kg (2 - 4 pounds) of excess weight a month with daily banaba tea. Banaba tea is mild and tastes like a mix of green tea and oolong tea. You can re-use a teabag up to six times, especially if it is a larger tea bag (they come in 1g, 2g, 3g, and 5g size bags; I recommend 2 - 3g teabags, or enough tea to equal the same amount). 3. Kidney cleansing herbs. There are many, ranging wildly in prices. I'd recommend doing the lemon or banaba tea cleanse first to remove stones, and then adding kidney cleansing herbs, as the stones will be gone and the elimination pathways in the kidneys will be clear. Kidney cleansing herbs usually detoxify the tissues of the kidneys rather than just stones, and are an excellent way to finish cleansing and rebuilding healthy kidneys.

To clean the liver, start first with a series of liver flushes, and when you've had three flushes with no stones, try
Liver Cleansing herbs.

There is a
Liver Flush Support Forum , to help you get started.
Most people like the
Hulda Clark flush. The entire procedure is located in the link. My only addition is to drink lots of water throughout the flush, except within 20 minutes of any of the special drinks (
Epsom Salts or oil/citrus), which is not recommended in
The Clark Flush but is in the Moritz flush. The water is important to reduce toxin symptoms, like nausea or headaches.
The worst is behind you! Keep it up!
