I had a scare last week when I went to the doctor. He heard a diastolic heart murmur (he also did a thyroid test, which turned out normal, which I expected). Fortunately the echocardiogram came back today as OK. So the heart is OK, but unfortunately I'm still undiagnosable with the fatigue, breathlessness, muscle aches and numerous other issues. Mayabe it's
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome or FMS, but I don't believe in those as "diagnoses" ... I think those are just names they slap on a series of symptoms they can't put specific causes to and can't find treatments that work, a way of categorizing all these sick people, including me, whom they can't really diagnose. Still haven't talked the doc into checking out adrenal issues. So, I'm going to go all out with the alternative medicine stuff until I see the doc again in 6 months, and only worry over whether it's adrenals or something requiring a doctor IF the alternative medicine stuff does not help or if my situation get worse.
I've ordered Humaworm, and will do a good
parasite cleanse when it arrives. Will do a
Liver Flush before and after, and/or coffee enemas. Will do the
Iodine all out, with the vit. c, selenium, magnesium/zinc/calcium, niacin, Omega 3,6,9, salt/potassium pushes, and oil pulling as my regime. I saw improvements before, not sure of the back slide I had for a while but will watch for it again. I hadn't done the
parasite cleanse before, so maybe that's the issue. Maybe I need to rid myself of critters I didn't realize were there ... I figure it can't hurt to try, even though I've never noticed creepy crawlies before.
The doc did want me to try another sleep med, which I will give a faithful try (his sample is only for 2 weeks). He's having me try Requip ... probably one of the few we haven't tried before, even though my sleep studies never showed RLS. I think he's to the point where he's feeling like his treatment plan is to be a hit or miss attack, since he's perplexed as to what to do. After years of sleep deprivation, the sleep debt is so much, maybe that's what caused my back slide. If the med helps, maybe it can give my body enough of a rest to allow the the
Iodine etc. to work enough to cure and heal the problem causing the sleep issues and then I could get rid of the sleep med. However, if the med doesn't show it's doing any good during those two weeks, I will not continue it at all. (I started the Requip last night and do feel a little more rested today, but then again I slept away most of the day yesterday after putting in an all-nighter with work.)
Time to hit the
Iodine again. I'm more determined than ever to be an iodine warrior! So tired of being tired.
