Have you tried stopping all Iodine for at least 48 hours? And salt loading?

it is too bad you dont have a before Iodine picture. but now you know you have even more reason to take it. dfinitely dont let them penetrate the body in any way save an emergency.

I was cramping up in some parts of my body, and I watched one thumb go into a cramp and almost right away the next thumb did the same thing, I I looked at them both doing that weird bending thing on their own, and it hurt like heck, and I willed them thru sheer determination to go back to their normal selves which was an experience. My calf at the time was really hurting also, and I would cramp up especially during the night sleep, but when I was reminded about how important Vitamin C was I started taking it in mega doses and all my cramping, and episodes of some body part is on the verge of cramping and the aches, and pains all went away..overnight I might add! I start my Vit-C in the afternoon and continue until bedtime taking between 4-10 grams. I'm up to 120 mgs. of Iodine daily now. And I have no cramping, or aches or pains. If I don't take enough Vit-C I can feel it in my extremities of arms, legs and feet. I also do the salt flushes from time to time, but not often.

Hmm..about that funny feeling in the rectum area, I did a painting session a few nights ago, and painted the hemorrhoids that I've had ever since giving birth to my first child, 32 years ago. Some of my health protocols have helped them to not be painful, they don't bleed anymore, and I can have BM's that don't hurt or tear them. They are still there outside my body. But I painted the oil mixed with Iodine on them and the next morning I had a lot of gas. I have continued to paint them a few more nights, so a total of 3 nights I'd say, and they are shrinking..going away. I think a couple more nights of painting them (I'm going to do straight Iodine without the oil) and they may be tucked inside where they belong and not poking out where they don't belong. I'm pretty sure that they must absorb readily the Iodine, and the uptake must be high for them to heal so quickly and now I wonder how much Iodine do other parts of our bodies need, esp. after not being supplied enough for years. Some of the healing events I've gone thru like this hemorrhoid thing I find just kind of weird and fascinating. I also am going to do a douche with Iodine, and an enema with Iodine this week-end. This is why I found your comment so interesting about the feeling around the rectal area.

So, I'm wondering if that weird feeling was due to the absorption of Iodine of those body parts that needed it so very badly, and just wasn't getting enough absorption thru your own supplementation?
