... when i increased my dose from 8 drops/day (4drx2) to 10 dropsx2 = 20 drops per day, about 100mg. Is that correct, trap? This was about 10 days ago. The very NEXT day, my palms became extremely itchy and these red to purple (duh!) spots came out. They were more pronounced in the beginning. I toughed it up and eventually the itchiness subsided. I just put Tea Tree oil on them. It was not comfortable at all. My co-workers asked me what they were, I lied, God help me, to their faces, said I cooked the night before. They know I'm a klutz in the kitchen, so the Inquisition was silenced right there and then.
I thought it was some fungi or bugs that did not appreciate the treatment. What do you think?

This is a reply to # 1,023,474I swear that people (because I did) get some weird things showing up when detoxing and that to me looks like what I had on my right thigh, was troublesome for some years but didn't show up except for an occassional spot like that..not completely round, but almost just touching and it seems like it's under the skin and not right on top. Mine came to the surface one by one, in a pattern from upper thigh to just above knee with open sores, then a very large one above my knee when I did that 30 day parasite cleanse. I took pics of the largest open sore, and now it's only a little tiny but very reddish spot..all healed over. And the best thing is my right thigh does not get that pain in it anymore..no more burning sensation when I would work out too much or whatever set it off.
I wondered too if it was a parasite, or worm or ringworm from years ago and it went underground so to speak. I think you may have a healing event if it's showing up and maybe it will come out and then heal, or die off internally, get cleansed out and then healing.

Actually, we had a big event at my workplace today and I got quite a few compliments on my "glowing complexion"! 2 people I met today said they thought my son must be 10 (he's almost 20!) so that was nice to hear. They all asked what I was doing and I confessed to everything, minus the Iodine and the cleanses. Somehow, I KNOW they're not ready for this. I used to share everything, but I've learned to pick my battles. Sad...

This is a reply to # 1,024,230That's so awesome! I can't wait to starting seeing more benefits and a glowing complexion would be a great one to have. Congrats! I know what you mean about picking your battles; I think I'm STILL not ready to hear about Urine Therapy! LOL But yeah, I used to fight the idea of being a "health nut" and doing all those nutty wierd things. I wanted to be healthy but normal. The more and more I've learned, the more I know that you have to seem at least a little nutty and a bit overly health conscious because what's normal is so bad for us. But it took me a while to get there - so your awareness in giving only what information people are ready for may help them MORE in the long run as they choose whether or not to become more exposed to health stuff.
I can't wait to have an Iodine success story too. :-)

This is a reply to # 1,023,587I hope you're right about the healing. I've been detoxing like mad for over 4 years now, I hope I'll get to the end of the tunnel, eventually.
I lived for 20 years less than 15km from one of the most polluted places on the planet. Cadmium, lead, a bunch of assorted very strong acids (hydrochloric, sulphuric, etc.) and many, many other extremely toxic inorganic compounds were mass-produced in that chemical plant. To make matters worse, as if that was not enough, there was a research institute for organic chemistry smack in the middle of my home town, with 2 smaller production units around the town. Of course, they were all spewing their poison into the atmosphere. My dad worked there all of his life.
Not easy business, this detoxing...
