Hey I started OPing again this morning after a break of over a month or so. I was finding it hard to find the time to return to it after starting a new job and having my MIL staying here for a few weeks. But finally I just sat myself down and reminded myself of how wonderful my mouth felt and how beautiful my teeth looked when I OP'd, and this morning, I just made the time. After just one session, my teeth looked amazing again. Hopefully I will continue to keep going and not find excuses not to take care of myself again.

I still have one tooth that my dentist has his eye on, and I don't want to have to let him anywhere near it. So I still have work to do.

Are you talking about OP??? If so, I'll tell you what's really not fun -- worrying that periodontal disease would return, having an embarrassing skin condition (keratosis pilaris), yellowish teeth, aching joints. All this and more ended when I started OP. I call this more than fun. I call it joy.
