Its 10 days since I finished a very successful Humaworm parasite cleanse.
I had a big die-off and healing crisis. Then I felt great for 2 weeks.

It is 10 days since that finished & now I have a return of some of the symptoms that I had when I had the die off.

I have the horrid tingly sensation in my arms and hands. I also have the sharp knife like stabbing pains right between my shoulder blades. Both of which where very strong when I had the die-off. I now associate these sensations as linked with the parasite cleanse.

I am daily eating coconut oil and pumpkin seeds as they both anti-parasite. My diet remains very clean/healthy and in tip-top condition.

Question: this return of symptoms, is that a re-infection? Or just another battle going on that I am winning and I am feeling the effects.

Note: the other members of my household did not do the cleanse.
