Q: Is it normal for parasites to exit through your finger tips?
A: What parasite are we talking here? Have you been able to identify the parasite you're talking about?
To answer your question, there are many kinds of parasites, and there is nothing "normal" about them.
Example: One parasite, the Cordylobia Anthropophaga, is usually found in East Africa. Or in people from East Africa. It is a parasite that CAN and will happily live in the flesh of humans as well as animals. And, yes, that parasite can live in your fingers, too. Especially if some time in the near past your fingers came into contact with people from East Africa. Or with some sandy soil in East Africa that had been contaminated with animal feces.
