Juicer

I have a green star juicer. I bought it off of ebay a couple of years ago for around $400. It came with all the attachments, but I do not use nearly all of the attachments. Mostly, I use the screens. I have used it to make 'raw mashed potatoes' (cauliflower, avos and cashews) and to make essene bread dough.

I bought because supposedly it keeps augers do not heat up ergo keeping the enzymes and vitamins in tact. I also like that I have the flexibility of juicing wheatgrass.

P.S. It does not do citrus, so I bought a $10 citrus juicer at target! ;)
