ACV/SWF Liver Flush III
3rd SWF follow-up to and ACV Fiver Flush

About 2 weeks ago a had a minor cold. The usual start up symptoms, headache, sinus congestion, fatigue. Nothing major. From there it usually goes to my chest and clears up in a day or two. This chest congestion, however lasted for several days. I’d wake up feeling crappy, coughing up lung congestion, but feeling Ok by the afternoon and evening. A few days ago, for no apparent reason, I had terrible stiffness and ache in my mid-upper back, like a muscle pull, but I hadn’t been doing anything strenuous. As if someone turned up a dimmer switch over a few hour peiord, that finally faded over a few days, but it was on my mind as motivation to do another flush a week early.
So for this 3rd modified flush.
10am – Oatmeal eaten with slices of apples (Usually I’ll chopped up the apple, microwave them and mix it into the oatmeal – this time just raw slices)
During the afternoon I was munching on peanuts and drinking water.
4 pm – Boiled a potato and ate it with fresh stringbeans out of my garden, with orange juice.
Drank several cups of water up to 7 pm
8pm ES
9:45pm ES
11:30pm – My now standard mix of:
½ cup sunflower oil
3 tbsp ACV, topped with OJ up to ½ cup total
2 raw egg yolks (Conventional, warmed up from being in fridge – that’s right, I didn’t use organic and I didn’t use non-refrigerated)
Laid on my right side 20 minutes, on my back 30 minutes (watching TV all this time)
Got up – in front of PC 30 minutes – went back to bed (on back)
NEXT DAY
8 am - drank a pint of water
Nothing happened until 11:15 am
Semi-solid liquid BM
One or two measurable stones, the rest a lot of floating tan (pin head size) debris. Drank more water.
11:30 am – Decided to do a salt water enema. Over the next ½ hour to an hour put out a lot of small stones and debris. But that didn’t compare to the Salt Water Flushes.
Started the Salt Water Flushes at noon. (Overlapping the effects of the enema and each successive flush)
12 noon
1:15pm
2:45pm
3 flushes with over lapping results. Over the next few hours each elimination was putting out a significant amount of stones and debris, at least a cup or more, total. (Don’t talk to me about stones being oil). By the end time of the 2nd SWF the water was fairly clear and colorless, with a little sedimentation, but still putting out small green stones, so I committed to a third quart of SW. By 4pm – virtually clear, sediment free, almost stone free (literally 1-3 small quarter inch stones) eliminations.
I am telling you the SWF is the ONLY way to go on this to clean this stuff out of you. I would not depend on those intolerable morning ES doses. The SW is direct and immediate (by comparison)
