ES - Epsom Salts
Sometimes results are productive, sometimes non-existant. The only awful part is the taste of the Epsom Salts, ... yuck.
My very first flush was close to as described in the Clark protocol. Didn't get any green stones until the second one.
You don't feel a thing. The next day you have diarrhea and it all comes out in the wash, so to speak.
