Day 5
I am soooo glad y'all don't know me personally
Date: 9/20/2007 9:11:09 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2482 times It’s over. I knew it would pass quickly. And in the firm belief that the only reason its over so soon is because I’m writing about it. Nothing special happened this moon. No odd cramps no wracking pains causing me to double over. If I knew that all I had to do was to write about it to have a pain free cycle, I would have been writing monthly for years.
My temperature is 98.3.
My diarrhea, I suspect is not due to my cycle. It is still moderately present. I’m also assuming that my itchiness and my thirst has something to do with it too. I ate a box of wheat thins. When I eat something with a large amount of flour, I become loose. I hate to take meds so I ate chicken for lunch. I have learned that ingestion of chicken works fast and to the point. I have since had thicker movements. I had a problem with diarrhea starting last October. It lasted until April. When Lent came, my church went on a Daniel Fast. No wheat as well as other things. That in addition with slippery elm halted what the doctors couldn’t, spending significantly less money. I don’t eat meat. The doctors suggested I resume. Doctors are clueless. I’m a dentist. When you go to the dentist with a problem, when you leave its generally fixed or in the process of getting fixed. Doctors take your temperature and send you for tests. They never really know what’s wrong with you or the appropriate way to fix it. They just want your co-payment. Pish!
My mood is fine. I don’t feel the intense clarity that I normally feel. Hopefully it is forthcoming. I have some decisions I need to make. My mother sent me a crazy email and I didn’t blow up at her. Maybe I am at peace.
My discharge is light. There is no staining of toilet paper at all. Yeah I’m finished. But of course next month is coming….
Peace y’all!
PS: The brownies are nasty. Not chocolately enough. Next time I buy the store brand!
