Every other day saying “I am going to fast” can be mentally and physically exhausting. If you are going to fast go for it but if it is going to be an on and off again experience I find it pointless.

From the time I said I would fast till now has not been great. I broke down after two days and then decided I would not drag on one of those on again off again fast. Every other day saying “I am going to fast” can be mentally and physically exhausting. If you are going to fast go for it but if it is going to be an on and off again experience I find it pointless.
So I spent sometime not fasting. I know I should fast because physically and mentally I just feel off. I need to do some house cleaning but I am so stressed with work I feel I would set myself up to fail. Regardless of this feeling I do not think my current eating habits are doing me any justice.
Since today is Sunday I decided it would be fine to fast for one day. I am not working today so what could possibly stress me out? EVERYTHING.
Regardless I will fast today. Then tomorrow break with some wheatgrass. Next week I plan to take about three days off from work. That would give me Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off. I would think that would give me enough time to clear my mind and fast.
I need to take time for myself and stop thinking about everything else.
