Every other day saying “I am going to fast” can be mentally and physically exhausting. If you are going to fast go for it but if it is going to be an on and off again experience I find it pointless.
From the time I said I would fast till now has not been great. I broke down after two days and then decided I would not drag on one of those on again off again fast. I have not fasted yet. Right now I have been drinking passion fruit juice and strawberries. I am to fast begining tomorrow. More then likely I wont update this blog as much as my blog at wordpress

Fasting the first of the month.
It will be 12AM within fifteen minutes. I feel tired. Most of the time I have an uncontrollable weight on my shoulders. This feeling could be my weight or maybe the over 100 degree weather.
Due to the holiday weekend and the start of a new month, I will start a fast. I believe if there is some alone time between myself and the public I might be successful. The first three days of a fast are the challenge. I hope I am successful.
