another success :)
Date: 8/18/2007 12:22:38 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 1385 times did the salt water flush this morning - boy did that do the trick!! it was a weird feeling, but i was done "using the bathroom" within half an hour of finishing the salt water and was ready to start my day. i only had 16oz instead of the suggested 32, but hopefully i'll work up to that.
unfortunately, i could only handle about 20oz of the lemonade solution today (a far cry from my goal of 40) - but, like i've said, i'm not much of a drinker at all so i can only handle so much liquid... i'll get better, i promise :)
finished my herbal tea a few hours ago and i can feel things moving again. i'm actually looking forward to the salt water tomorrow morning - the salty flavor is a nice treat considering i'm kind of tired of the lemon stuff already. i also got on the treadmill today - had a lot of energy and wanted to exercise (go figure!!)
i'm quite impressed by the changes i can already notice in my body - not to mention i've lost 5lbs in the span of 48hrs... makes me feel accomplished and only adds to the motivation not to fall off the bandwagon!
