Day 3 17 y
another success :)
did the salt water flush this morning - boy did that do the trick!! it was a weird feeling, but i was done ”using the bathroom” within half an hour of finishing the salt water and was ready to start my day. i only had 16oz instead of the suggested 32, but hopefully i’ll work up to that.
unfortunately, i could only handle about 20oz of the lemonade solution today (a far cry from my goal of 40) - but, like i’ve said, i’m not much of a drinker at all so i can only handle so much liquid... i’ll get better, i promise :)

so far so good!
i was a little worried about the tea affecting me too strongly so i skipped the salt water flush this morning. i had too many errands to run and had to work... bathroom trips needed to be limited! unfortunately, since i didn’t have all of my tea last night, i didn’t have any BMs throughout the entire day!! at least that’s what i’m blaming it on. i could feel my stomach ”moving” all day, but no trips to the toilet for me (except for peeing - which i did quite a bit of!)

the first day of my cleanse
i consider my ”day 1” to be my own little ”test trial” of the master cleanse. i drank about 25oz of the lemon solution throughout the day, but that was all i could handle (definitely put in waaaay too much cayenne pepper) - too hot for my taste!
in the evening i drank about 3/4 of my glass of tea - something about the flavor really gets to me and i had a lot of trouble swallowing it... will do better next time! visit the page |
