MY goals + Day 1-2
goals for my fast

for everyone to see.
5 days eating light (accompished!)
5 days master cleanse (2 days into it! so far so good)
40 days with just water occassional lemon and vitamins and laxative.
21 days of juice
30 days of raw fruit and veggies
I am planning on exercising along with this.
Swimming, walking, some pilates. Also I have promised myself that I
would be outside every day weather permitting with my children.
( last year all I wanted to do is sit and eat in front of the tv.)
I am looking to lose a substantial amount of weight. I will not be dissapointed
if I don't lose all of it. I just want to get started with the weight loss.
I have alot of health problems. Some of them to do with weight but also
some that I have had since I was a teenager.
My doctor actually suggested that I follow this plan. She is very conserned about
my diabetes and if I don't lose the weight I will have to go on insulin.
I am not looking forward to that. I have tried losing weight with just the normal methods. I have thyroid issues too so nothing seems to work. even on the strictest
diets I seem to gain. This is my last hope(at least it feals like it!) for getting healthy.
I am young and should not have all of these problems!
