3 months fasting

Thanks to Ayehasherayeh I was able to supplement electolytes adequately and continued my fast to the end of August! Today! I'm so excited. I actually feel like I can go a little longer but my hubby is getting concerned. I have lost just over 100 lb going from 263 lb to 154 lb during this fast. So tomorrow I will start juicing. I can't wait to get some mango juice.
