Maybe I can't fast but I can eat healthy....
I'd like my diet to be close to natural as possible. Lots of fruits and vegetebles, rice, barley and beans. No dairy, no wheat, nothing processed....

I suppose I have been wrapping my head around the reason I want to fast in the first place. What did I want out of it? What are my issues here and would fasting really address them?
What are my issues?
To be honestly, I really just want to lose weight. Lately I've struggled with this and I looked to juice fasting as a quick fix. I knew I could lose a lot of weight fasting but then what happens when its over? I would struggle to maintain my loss eventually getting right back to where I am now. I don't want that. I've been all over the scale in terms of my weight and I've been on every diet. In the end its just a battle to maintain my losses. What I need to do is target the reasons why I have been gaining weight and try to work out a plan that is both realistic and sustainable. For me this shouldn't be too difficult. I don't have a problem eating healthy. But I need to be consistant.
What I would like my diet to look like....
Since I'm alreay a vegetarian the only thing I would like to clean out of my diet is the junk food. I remember when I never even used to eat it, or like it. Now I eat junk like chips, chocolate, ice creme, patstry at least once a week. This is why I'm gaining weight.

Anyway, I'm now challenging myself to sticking with this daily and journalling about it. I guess I'd like to test and see if its going to make a difference in my weight, how I look and feel about myself too.
Afterall...you eat junk you feel and look like junk. If you want to look healthy you should eat that way too....
