Day 3

Early this morning my worst fear happened. It was around 3 a.m. and I woke up with the urge to go. Yippee. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to have explosive b/m's with the whole house so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I had to go so bad I didn't have time to turn on the shower or anything. So... I woke my boyfriend up. He was laughing hysterically, and with no shortage of funny remarks. That only made it worse because I was laughing and making my stomach clench even more. Jeez. Why don't I hear of other people going through this? Is my house the only house so immature? Probably so.





Anyway, other than that, my day was much better than yesterday. Yesterday, I had a slight headache and was feeling kinda down. Today started off that way but once I had my SWF, I was much better.
I went shopping today and picked up so more lemons and a book on fasting. I love Whole Foods. I just wandered around and took in all the sights and smelled all the foods. I wasn't even a little tempted when I walked through the cheese department (I'm a cheese addict) and they had free samples. I had my "lemonade" with me and I was fine.
When I got home I read my book for a while and then meditated. My mediation went really well. I felt very clear and open. What more can you ask for?
Yep. I'd say day 3 was a good day.
