Day one... early

Day one.. beginning this journey

I am at the beginning yet again... I tried this juice fasting last month and was able to do it for ten days and then I just stopped on Easter Day. I am going to try and got 15-20 days this go around. I will be working out lightly this time, I did not do this last time. I know I am starting this fast off dehydrated so that is the first thing I will be doing is drowning myself in cup after cup of water. I will blog more tonight about the first day. I can say that I do not forsee myself having trouble with fasting except in the evenings around dinner, I love to cook and eat the food I cook. I cannot stop cooking I have a family. I will just cook the things they like and leave my favorites out like the previous time.
