Enema tips :-D aka day 7

On the days i have to work i don't have a minute to lose! Squeezing in my shakes and preparing to take all my stuff to work, and doing an enema, then out the door!
Yesterday was much like day five, same routine, still feeling really great. I have been feeling a little more on the cold side the last couple of days though. The days are just passing effortlessly at this point. Yesterday morning again, i had lots of mucoid plaque coming out, mucous, bile. Other weird little yellow/whitish flecks, which i hadn't seen yet. They kinda looked like orange pith. Not sure what that was.
I'm just really glad that I'm still doing the cleanse, as i was originally going to stop on day 5 as followed by the blessed herbs cleanse. Imagine all this stuff would be left behind! eeek. It's just always amazing to me what our bodies can hold onto. For me this cleanse has been so releasing, like i'm starting over on so many levels and getting rid of all the built up stress and DIS-ease.
I'm going to be stopping saturday night, or rather, that will be my last night taking PB shakes and stuff. Sunday morning i leave for OHI and i know there i won't be eating till dinner time there. So perhaps just water on the plane till i get there. I suppose i could take some wheatgrass when i get there too. I'm trying to mentally prepare for all the copious amounts of wheatgrass i'll be drinking...grrrrr. i mean, OH I LOVE WHEATGRASS! It tastes like nectar of honey, mmmmmmm. yeah, that's it!!!
I'm really treating myself on this trip too, getting a couple massages and colonics while i'm there. If you're gonna do it, do it right, right?!?
Well, it's that time of morning i like to dedicate to my coffee enema ritual. But before i go...
Some little treasures i use while doing an enema that make it *QUITE* pleasurable...
~have a nice hot water bottle- i'm usually so cold it's nice to nuzzle up against, whether between your legs when you're on your side, or to put under your feet while you're on the toilet.
~play classical music- For one it helps to cover up all the noises coming out of the bathroom, but it also calms your mind chatter and soothes you while you've got a tube going in your butt.
~Have a nice hot bath ready to slip into when you're all done poopin. IT'S SOOOOOOO NICE! I prefer putting some lavender essential oil in there, perhaps with some epsom salts to really relax.
~Have a little beverage in there with you, whether it's water or MC. I think it actually helps. I've been drinking a little when i'm on the toilet, and i notice more come out after i've taken a few sips. Plus it's rehydrating after losing all that liquid.
~Oil and massage tool- I like to use either jojoba oil or coconut oil (with essential oils if you like), and a massage tool. While i'm on the toilet, one foot at a time rub your foot with oil and use the massage tool to really get in there. If you look into reflexology, there's direct points for the colon and small intestine, and by massaging you can actually release more. It really works well for me!
~Make it COZY in the bathroom! Put down a nice towel, a couple pillows to support your head, burn some incense... music, beverage...
~Have a strainer and a poker! I know it sounds gross, but you really wanna see all that stuff coming out of you don't you!?!? I know i do, so i put a strainer on the toilet and i have a plastic chopstick to sort through. I know, it may sounds disgusting now, but you'll see, you'll be in there wanting gloves and taking pictures too!
~more to come....
okay, i'm off now! Day 7 in effect! thanks for reading everyone!
Good health to all!
