feeling great!

it's the last post for day 2 i promise. I'm feeling really happy about the fast. ;) Has anyone got any advice on safety of fasting for 10 days? do i need to check my electrolites or anything?

yes yes still on day two. guys im going to stay with this blog through to day 10. I really really hope nothing gets in my way! the first time i tried to JF at home i became quite nervous and scared about it. but id never done it before and it didnt feel right. well now that i have done it for 7 days before i know i can do it again. to be honest 7 days wasnt enough for me last time and i was dissapoined to break the fast so early. but this time im going to do the full 10 days come hell highwater! i just want to know that it's safe. any thought on elecrolites anyone? today I had freshly squeezed orange juice and tonight for 'dinner' i am going to have broth. Oh its all fun and games. i still look a bit shitty. unclear skin etc, but at least i feel good, have energy , no headache. Went on a 45 min walk, i feel i could go for a work out at the gym.. ill save that for tomorrow morning then come back and have juice. well peeps see you on day 3! i am so excited about this fast.
