today is day 4 of the cleanse

I feel so much better today!!!

I just enterd all the days up through today. Now I am caught up. I woke up this morning feeling really alert and at peace with myself compared to day 3. I had a meeting at 7:00 am so I didn't flush first thing. I just did that when I got back at noon. I'm really not craving any food, just thinking about it a little bit. Half my friends think i'm nuts doing this. whats hard is that I'm in the mortgage industry, do a lot of networking, and can't eat or drink. I'm going to function 2nt that is costing me $35.00 for a buffet dinner and can't even eat. Oh well, there are great contacts to be made so I'm going. I'll check back and add more at the end of the day. Oh yea, my weight is now 174 lbs. I've lost 5 pounds in 4 days!!!!
