Day 3 of the Journey

Day 3 is a tough one

Today was a hard day. i was very irritable all day, but I felt better in the evening. I haven't had problems with getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom though. I did notice my eliminations are getting blacker and weirder looking. I have done Dr. Schultzes bowel cleanse in the past so I think a lot of the old stuff has been eliminated prior. Curious to see what the fast will do.
I think after the cleanse I may try a couple weeks later to do the liver cleanse and perhaps the parasite. One bite of the elephant at a time. I've actually been craving a cocktail, but I had a cup of "calm" tea instead to quiet my nerves. Also my weight has dropped to 177lbs. 2 lbs loss. Check in on day 4
