breathing: slightly blocked, some mucus, poor olfactory ability
tongue: medium thick white film, 90%
skin:intact but not supple, a little dry but, opened some new bruises localized with accompanying inflammation and itch at joint areas, lack radiance
menstraution: little, medium thick, not viscous
exercise: later, the haze is leaning towards hazardous levels
overall feeling: tired

1.Before we establish a new and deeper relationship with Christ, we must
2. first acquire intellectual light to satisfy our minds
3. make our choice
4. commit to it once and for all, without reservation or reversal
5. take our rightful place confidently
6. there is a natural law at work in sin and sickness, and if we just drift along following the flow of our circumstances, we will sink under the power of the Tempter.
7. to counterbalance this, requires real spiritual energy: a determined purpose, a sure stance and the habit of faith
It is the same principle as a factory that uses electricity to run its machinery. The switch must be turned on and left in that position. The power is always available, but the proper connection must be made. And as long as that connection is intact, the power will enable all the machinery to stay in operation.
