Those late afternoon HUNGER blues...
Getting through the evening
Date: 9/22/2006 3:35:58 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3005 times Its that time of day again. The time when I am making dinner for the kiddos and wishing I could eat some food. I am not so sure I am even hungry, as much as I'd love to sink my teeth into the spinach feta pie we got from Trader Joes. Have I mentioend how much I love TJs?
The smells are the worst!
But I am hanging in there. I know I have done this before and I know I can do it again. This is the worst part, day 3. Its all downhill after today right?? Yeah, check back with me in 15 days and see how I feel then, LOL!!
My body will thank me and my spirit will thank me. I am feeling great overall and I feel blessed that I haven't had any major symptoms. (I think I am going to stop mentiong that, lest I tempt the fates)
All is good! Its amazing how many people ahve done this cleanse. Seems like many have tips for me as I go throgh my day. Its nice to know people have been there and survived, LOL!!
