congratulations, seriously. i can not get past a 3 day fast, and thats with juice. i think you are doing great! dont focus too much on what that gray thing in between your ears is mumbling, as it will try to fool you. i can totally relate to what you are going through with the self talk. personally, it happens to me on day 3 everytime. this time i refuse to listen!
