Well well well- day 4 and I didn't quit!

Day 3 and 4 summarized

It's been two days since I last wrote and only because I couldn't figure out the blog system. THEN I spotted POST NEW MESSAGE- I hope I'm doing this right. Anyway- day 4. Last time I didn't have any headaches and my stomach never grumbled. This time? Day 4 and both are still occurring. Any suggestions as to what to do about that are welcome. Otherwise, I feel pretty good. I wish the hunger would go away- really strange that it hasn't by now. Yesterday was rough- Day 3. I really wanted to quit. Last time I didn't want to quit until Day 5... which of course makes me wonder how the next few days are going to be... oy. Why do we do this to ourselves again??
