8th day.....I can see my Toes
No hunger pangs

Another day another pound not having my deep dreams perhaps should take more greens'
last night not so good sleep felt my nose was blocked and restricted my breathing.
244 pounds that's not bad for 8 days aloss of 8 pounds since the fast began ,no exercise yet next week. (promise]
Well plumbed in washing machine yesterday. I realised that I have a shower every day and use a cotton fluffy towel every day, also a new pair of underpants every day .That works out around 365 towels and 365 under pants to wash in the machine per year. All change, is this just the juice talking, from now on I will wash my undies as I get showered and just put it on the radiator to dry for the next day.
The towel well next step is to use a smaller towel a cotton tea towel and after the shower do not get immediatly dried but brush my teeth in shower while majority of water drips off then use smaller thinner towel to rub down with, then wash the towel by hand ,very easy to do as it is so thin and put on radiator and wlill be dry in an hour or so. trying to be greener.
No hunger pangs I think weight will not drop off so fast next week 62 days left .
