Yes working hard today .
Breakfast juiced one whole cantaulope melon.
I must say I enjoyed it alot more than most breakfastst I usually have had in the past.
lunch carrot, apple. ginger, garlic, cucumber, pinapple lots of greens all juiced up . lovely jubbly.
my alternative big mac with fries ...think not taste bubs .
well its working for me another day another pound lost and its fairly easy these last few days thats 6 days 7 pounds oooh its only water ....you,ll put it all back on, you will damage yourself. people are saying .....I really felt the obesity would kill me if I did not do something drastic. Dont do what I do at home, I have trained and built myself up to this fast, this is not just a one off .I am also working on a healthy eating plan in 64 days time.Jesus is my example at the moment he did 40 days on water alone but that was for ather reasons.i am just on raw juice and water alone nothing else.
Results so far ..
1..Headaches gone
2.Swelling legs, head, and feet gone down.
3.More active ..drove past the gymn today
4 Aching in knee joints 50 percent better.
5,Feel good factor .
6.Skin alot softer especially feet.
7. No cravings.
I am slowly winnig but must keep guard up
