Yesturday was day three of my cleanse and it was pretty uneventful as far as cleansing goes. I remember the first time I cleansed I had to up the herbs to 4 of each to get things going, I'll do that today. Although I was feeling very creative, I made a crafty little thing that I had in my mind for a few days, it turned out just as I hoped. That may have to do with the cleanse, clearing my head and focusing on a task. I definitely have trouble with that.
I've been dabbling with Oil PUlling. Did it yesturday and the day before. I noticed that it definitely chipped some of the plaque off of my teeth, so I'm going to keep at it. Didn't get a chance this morning. I woke up so late, 9am. So today will be a little off schedule. Oh well it's only a day in this long cleanse.
