Can i take supplements on a juice fast with protein powder? If im only 14 do i HAVE to do a colon cleansing?

I've never done a juice fast, but i have done short water fasts before. I have a couple of questions.
1) can i take supplements and protein powders as a part of my fast?
2) If im only 14, do i have to do any colon cleansing or would it still be helpfull?
