End of Day 1
End of Day 1. 2.5 lbs loss.
Date: 6/29/2006 12:24:18 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2059 times Wanted to break the fast. Or almost. I took a tiny bite off a pizza but then decided to spit it out. Lol. Weighed myself and I'm at 125.5ish. So that's 2.5-3lbs loss in a day. Walked for almost 2 miles today. Did some really light weight lifting. Actually only worked on my hips and upper body. And a lil on my legs. Had a really fat stomach ache so I only weight lifted for 15 mins. Which is a good thing so I can preserve my energy. Hoping I wouldnt break and go crazy on food tonight. Lol. Updating again tomorrow. 20.5 more lbs. in 15 days. :)
