Kinda broke it with a piece of Nectarine
Pissed. Kinda broke my fast. I ate a piece of Nactarine. But I’m still at 125lbs. Haven’t really done anything today so might walk and do some light excersises later. Will post again later. visit the page

End of Day 1. 2.5 lbs loss.
Wanted to break the fast. Or almost. I took a tiny bite off a pizza but then decided to spit it out. Lol. Weighed myself and I’m at 125.5ish. So that’s 2.5-3lbs loss in a day. Walked for almost 2 miles today. Did some really light weight lifting. Actually only worked on my hips and upper body. And a lil on my legs. Had a really fat stomach ache so I only weight lifted for 15 mins. Which is a good thing so I can preserve my energy. Hoping I wouldnt break and go crazy on food tonight. Lol. Updating again tomorrow. 20.5 more lbs. in 15 days. :) visit the page

Starting to lose 23 lbs on a 14-17 day water fast
I’m starting a 14-17 day water fast. Hoping to lose 23 lbs through out this fast. I’m planning to still be active during this fast. 30 mins of walking everyday and some light toning excersises if i could, maybe not everyday. I’m starting at 128 lbs, 5’4”. Utlimately want to be 110 lbs but aiming to be 105 lbs after to give those extra 5 lbs to gain when I start eating again. Is it possible? I hope so. I’ve failed a couple of times, couldn’t get past day 1. Wuld always eat or actually binge aroung night time but now, I’m really determined. Wish me luck. :)) visit the page
