Introduction and goals
This is my introduction for the fast
Date: 6/13/2006 10:25:50 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2441 times I'm starting a 40 day juice fast. My goals for this fast are strictly weight loss and cleansing. I've been such a junk food junkie lately and as a result I'm managed to put on major pounds. I've juice fasted before in the past (my longest was for 21 days) and I lost a good amount of weight and had a very good cleanse. So I'm trying it out again but this time for a little longer. I'm starting out at 180 (5'10) with bad skin, major bloating (I have a sensitivity to dairy but I keep eating it!) and depression. I'm really hoping this fast will help me to lose weight and to keep with a positive mind. I intend on drinking juices and herbal teas exclusively and working out daily. Tomorrow I start my first day!
